Changes to what's already on your site, like text, photos and prices. Not sure if your request counts? Open a ticket and ask.
What if my site gets hacked?
On Maintenance & Support, we scan for malware and clean it up. Both plans include updates and security patches.
What's the difference between shared hosting and a private server?
On shared hosting, your site sits on a server with other sites. On a private server (we host it for you, free), it doesn't.
How do I ask for help?
Open a ticket in your dashboard, or chat with the team there.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are monthly.
Can I get maintenance without a redesign?
Yes. You can subscribe to either maintenance plan on its own.
